    Zone 4 officers were called to the 6300 block of Darlington Rd. for a suspected burglary, when they recognized the markings of a meth lab in an apartment. HazMat was called in. One male was arrested. will remove the chemical contents. ➡️

    Twenty years after the attacks of September 11, 2001, we honor the lives lost and the bravery that saved many. More than 400 first responders died that day. We will  the sacrifice of these courageous heroes.

    The flood gates have been activated along Washington Blvd. and water is rising steadily along Glass Run Road. If driving cannot be avoided, please choose alternate routes in those areas that are susceptible to flooding.

    URGENT ALERT: The heavy rainfall has resulted in flooding around the city. Numerous water rescues are being conducted and motorists need to heed all flood barriers and avoid driving through rising waters. Route 51 between Bausman and Whited is flooded. Please use caution.

    The Hazardous Materials Response Team conducted its quarterly training at the Fire Training Academy. The team trained on the Midland Kit, which teaches the responders how to properly check & contain leaking hazardous materials from atop railcars. More ➡️
