Received my black belt in Brazilian JiuJitsu this afternoon from my coach Sebastiao Torres. This is the single greatest achievement I’ve ever gotten and one I’ll be proud of for the rest of my life. Ended brown belt ranked 7th in the world in my division, bigger challenges ahead.

A great listen as always, but poor had to work hard to explain the significance of Croke Park to and - to clarify, it's not JUST a stadium, it's so much more than that. It's the very heart of Ireland, and that makes it complicated.

Katie Taylor fighting at 3 Arena instead of a big stadium homecoming is a bit underwhelming. I think the Croke Park play wouldn’t make sense if Katie and Serrano wouldn’t have walked away with a historic payday to match the historic bout, per Hearn on The MMA Hour.

I haven’t watch wrestling more than three times in the last decade but I’m convinced that Uncle Howdy is Vince McMahon and how shite that elbow drop was underlined it as fact to me.
