@PetesPaleo I first heard abt the paleo diet from a HS friend who does CrossFit. I feel like a lot of CF ppl eat paleo. Why? #foodistachat
@foodista paleo isn't a diet, it's about getting back to the way we used to eat. Atkins was just low carb, but crap food #foodistachat
