@Peters_Glen it appears your 1.9% decline estimate is based on BP's statistics for 2014, not China NBS. Is that correct? -
@dahawk7843 We use BP up to 2014, then the NBS stat. comm. to project BP to 2015. The CO2 growth is the BP weighted growth of the NBS data. - Show replies
