acc @GregorMacdonald there was a downwards revision to 2016 coal use, so the 1% incr in 2017 gets us back to where 2016 was said to have been last year, if that makes sense!
CO₂ emissions from fossil fuel emissions ticked up 1.6% in 2017, after three years of near zero growth.
#BPstats allows easy comparison over years. CO₂ emissions are revised lower in 2018 (not sure why), but growth rates have been relatively robust!
