This study has been done by Uppdrag Granskning, a branch of Swedish State owned Media. Their program will be aired tonight on Swedish TV, but it has already got critisicm from an expert from the Swedish government named Jerzy Sarnecki.
Jerzy Sarnecki is a proffessor in Criminology and he claims that Swedish media is now peddling "far-right conspiracy theories". Jerzy works for the Swedish government crime statistics Bureau BRÅ. He says the reason for the rapes are "socioeconomic factors".

One thing I just wanted to add to this thread. When we talk about people being born in a foreign country, it means just that. There could very well be a chance that if we look at people who have a foreign background, the figure could be much higher, but we don't know.
the reason of the rapes are cultural factors .. some religions and cultures which shaped by them produce monsters who see their victims out of their religion as almost non human .. they produce ppl who have zero respect for other ppl and very few respect even to each other ..
If his daughter/wife/relation gets raped I'm sure he will still think the same. If indeed its socioeconomic factors, i'd imagine, letting loads of uneducated, culturally backward people into Sweden would be the main problem
What is more interesting in germany: We never experienced problems with the intergration of vietnamese boatpeople. Seems to be a matter of the socialisation of those people. Same here in germany. Because people are poor, low skilled or follow some kind of fascist or medieval religion, they are not responsible for their offenses.
They come from sick societies and don't want to live like civilized people. Maybe they are poor too. SOCIOECONOMIC
