What value does @YouTube think racist and homophobic epithets add to the platform? What possible rationale can it have for carving out an exception for epithets? Who does that kind of speech benefit?
.@YouTube does not have an anti-harassment or anti-hate speech policy.
It has rules clarifying how to engage in hate speech and harassment with impunity.
Free speech is a 2-way street. Just remember that.
YOUTUBE IS NOT THE GOVERNMENT! This has nothing to do with free speech. I don't understand why this is such a hard concept to grasp.
Further, they've now demonstrated (@TeamYouTube ) to be publishers.
