Luckily Bitcoin solves this.
The problem that no one will admit is that governments at all levels needs to borrow lots of money from Americans to fund emergency spending and tax cuts for those in need. But most Americans are broke, and have nothing to lend. This can is now so heavy that it can't be kicked.
