Imagine a 2 player split screen game where one is trapped in a castle for the entire duration whilst player 1 is trying to rescue them. Player 2 has to find ways of entertaining themselves for hours on end.

Why not give the player in the castle the ability to find clues hidden within the castle to help their would-be rescuer?
