But does a higher fps means for them time goes faster, or does it mean that they have smoother movement?
If it's the latter, does it mean that very low fps characters gain the ability to phase through walls if timed right?

I mean, NPCs usually have a dynamic update rate depending on their relevance to the player, sooo 😄
