I really hope you’re being sarcastic here. Healthy working conditions are essential, and no amount of “pizza and soda” will make it up to a parent not seeing their child or a worker not seeing their partner. + Don’t say that it isn’t obligatory: social pressure and job security.

You’re right, we care deeply about improving family life for our staff. We’re currently looking into providing a 30min Skype call with their loved ones every night. If they maintain productivity we may even extend that time.

Ok, my bad :P obviously a joke account, wasn’t obvious from the get-go. Annoying thing is that I actually believed that somebody in the industry would have this opinion. And many do.

We also allow our staff to have up to 2 picture frames for their desk. As long as they are wooden otherwise it causes issues with our security machines.
