I don't work in the games industry but I can say for sure that no one loves working 100+ hours every week.
Many books and other types of art that are considered masterpieces the authors spent their lifes on creating it, my question is how much they love building this game to do it, yes it is not healthy, but I can see the team working together to finish it without enslaving orders.
