This letter, lobbying against free access to scientific knowledge in the US, is signed by the American Psychological Association. If you are still a member, you should be ashamed. If you still work for their journals, you should quit. The APA has been morally bankrupt for years.

spent about 6 months trying to link sources; possibility things are still wrong here. Seems likely that a much of the error comes from reporting errors in diaries however. Full paper contains more details and an outlook where to go next (END)

And at the timeslot level (= 10min episode) things also don't align well. Which all means that either: 1) the diaries are full of reporting errors 2) the location data contain large measurement error (unlikely), or 3) we did not manage to link the two well enough. (3/3)

Despite efforts to align both sources of data (diaries and locations over time) there are quite large differences in the time people to appear to be at home, transit or school/work. Course be due to the fact that you can be in transit while working or other errors (2/3)

New paper by studies how time use diaries could benefit from passively recording locations on smartphones to better understand where activities are taking place, or to detect reporting errors . This all sounds like a great way forward, BUT... (1/3)
