Theoretically, social isolation and shutdowns strategies should be universally implemented. But, logistically, as the infection spreads in the third world, I am afraid how these would be managed. I’ve been reading about shortage of food in the Brazilian favelas.

I am extremely worried we are going to have MAJOR drug shortages at pharmacy.... this is not good. Majority of generic drugs are purchased from India or China...
