They want postpone solving the crisis until budget 2021 
Lebanon just voted (unconstitutionally) a state budget drafted before the crisis, which therefore includes no measures to offset the latter's social effects, no funding for necessary reforms, and no vision for plugging an exploding deficit--other than emitting more sovereign debt
