    The CO2 shortage continues yet today the news is more concerned with low supplies of crumpets and coke! For goodness sake consider the plight of the animals and get the message right on welfare. Help your viewers to be fully informed, show compassion

    Another media article getting it wrong on welfare. Carbon dioxide does nothing to protect the welfare of pigs. It is seriously aversive to the animals. Far from humane, it is surely a cruel way to die.
