    This is exactly right. Read the stories. It’s a relentless campaign of threats and cruelty, waged with glee, and lots of people on the right relish the pain they cause.

    Not only is a surveillance state that brooks no dissent, even the toss-away line about expanding "religious tolerance" w/in the UAE isn't true- Pakistani and other Shia residents have been repeatedly targeted, deported, and even forcibly disappeared

    One of the most frustrating aspects of the lies being spread about critical race theory was the defaming of Derrick Bell, a founder of the field who risked his life fighting segregation in Mississippi. I wrote about his life, his work & his legacy here:
