If people want Uber and Lyft to function as though they are Taxi companies...then the drivers best be ready for the rules that come with the operation of a cab company.

So far only Yang has put forth such a plan. I know Pete likes a form of a UBI, as he has mentioned a way of compensating those that work in other ways ie. helping parents, grandparents, stay at home mother and fathers, community service work.
