After deletion, YouTube Analytics updates automatically after 48 hours and this will also decrease the numbers of watch hours. Learn more: https://yt.be/help/Dc1h

To clarify, the watch hours from the deleted vids are just for your record. It's not included in the total public watch hours you see in the YouTube Analytics.

That's right! There are a few minimum requirements – for example your channel must have more than 4,000 public watch hours in the previous 12 months and more than 1k subscribers. For more info check out the YPP application checklist here: https://yt.be/help/ECX1
