I think @YTCreators tweeted out explaining that technically it is a partner only feature right now, but they're going to make it an everyone feature before removing it non-partners.
So if im being kicked out of the partner program am I losing my ability to even use my end card slates or am I losing that too? If I'm losing that am I losing any other features? @TeamYouTube @YTCreators @PhillyD @TheCaptainSauce
