@CorieBush, be careful of the words, "Defund prisons". That can't & shouldn't happen. Better said is, "Fund Rehabilitation. Destress Incarcerations." -
Defund private prisons. Private prisons should not exist. That is what she said. More or less, she is a proponent of entirely dismantling the prison-industrial complex, and so am I.
