The video linked in that description did not receive a strike, but there were three other videos on the channel that did, resulting in account termination. These were manually reviewed and we re-confirmed these are all correct strikes against our Community Guidelines.

Who’s going to sue YouTube/Google? They’re in the pockets of any company that would have the financial clout to sue them, and so they have no reason to. The only people who want to sue are dissapointed users, and I doubt even combined that they would have the funds needed.

Plus I doubt there is any legal standing for it. As far as I’m aware, their only obligation is to their terms of service, which they decide on (which is within their rights), and to which they can make as vague and flexuous as they like.
