It really is. Fair warning, the game comes with a Psychological health warning for a reason. It can truly dredge up some stuff but for me personally, it helped process some shit.

Normally, I see those warnings, play the game and go: Wasn't needed. In the very start of the game all I could feel was: Damn, it deserved that warning. It truly helped me handle some emotions I didn't pay heed to.
