    This article by David Feldman has been widely praised, and rightly so. It demonstrates clearly how muddled much thinking about antisemitism is and the work of education that is needed.

    This is superb and reflects what I have been saying for quite a long time - this is primarily about culture and empathy, discipline comes later and in a way is a function of a positive culture, not a creator of it

    I know that I tend to bang on about this, but if you are reading commentary on left antisemitism, make sure you read Feldman. Why the ’virus metaphor’ doesn’t explain it or help to solve the problems with it. Britons need to admit its long cultural roots and divergent traditions.

    Labour's problem is not the presence of relatively few rabid antisemites but the wider prevalence and attraction of antisemitic ideas. Expelling a few bad apples is not going to solve it. David Feldman cuts to the heart of the problem.
