A map of Toronto restaurants turned mini-grocery stores! Get your produce, flour, pantry staples, and even toilet paper from your local restaurant. Many with delivery and curbside pickup options. (Same list, 2 map variations)

Did I ever give a Yak ottoman update? I'm so glad I got it, plus installed a drop-leaf table in a corner of my bedroom last year. Announced at work yesterday but looks like this will be my WFH nook until at least 2021! Thanks, Yakkie, for bringing me joy.

this is Sara Little Turnbull, she invented the n95 mask while working in the "gift wrap, ribbons & tape" division of 3M. The prototype was based on the form for a new molded bra cup and was informed by her experience as a caretaker for three dying family members.

Black and White photo of young Sarah Little Turnbull smiling on a ship waving a striped scarf with the ocean behind her.
original sketch of the n95 mask, basic line drawing in green crayon of a wavy solid piece of material with a strap around the back.

It’s probably around performance review season for your org! If you’re asked to write feedback for your peers (or reports!!) consider that not all value comes from lines of code. Here’s a sketch I made, with content by , and inspired by ’s talk!

Another food hack I tried today for cooking eggs: Start with a cold pan and use heavy cream instead of butter. 👌 Might be my new fave way to lazily cook scrambled eggs. Bonus: no egg junk stuck to the pan!

I just got this month's credit card bill and wow -- it's the lowest its EVER been in probably a decade because I never leave the house and all meals are cooked at home. (Simultaneously feeling extremely happy about this, while also experiencing survivor guilt.)

Oh and this was a damned good recipe for Chocolate Cake (which I turned into cupcakes instead). Dat olive oil and espresso! (If you don't like super sugary baked goods, I halved the sugar and it was perfect for me.)

Pro tip: Mix sour cream with honey, and you've got yourself an instant tangy frosting for chocolate cupcakes. 👩‍🍳👌

After 2 thwarted attempts to buy an affordable rower, one finally arrived this week! I immediately signed up for online classes from my favorite rowing gym . If you've got a rower at home, I highly recommend these asskicking workouts. Miss ya, !
