I jumped the gun last night in an attempt to defend a friend. I was lead over a long time to believe things were a certain way, but allegations that have come to light recently have made me question whether that narrative is true.
I apologize to anyone hurt by my actions, and I apologize to @AtelierHeidi specifically. I hope that you accept, but I understand perfectly if you don’t.
Don't beat yourself up Austin. We all want to defend our friends, we all want to believe that the people we love and care about deeply can do no wrong. We're all only human, and we learn from our mistakes 
PBG, we understand it was a spur of the moment to protect your friend when you weren’t entirely sure what had happened and what had been done, it was an honest mistake and it just shows that you’re a good person trying to go out of your way to help someone, everyone makesmistakes

From what I can gather, PBG is not only a good friend, but a good, honest person. It takes courage to defend the people you care about, and a whole lot more to admit you were wrong. I don't think his apology comes from the backlash, but from realizing the truth. Kudos to Peebs
