I disagree. It CAN be a form of sexual harassment, but isn't always. For instance, if you were making a non-sexual, non-gender- involved joke on your self, it might not be. Connotation is everything. I don't recommend doing it in the work place-you might be wrong.

YES, Schiff will win because the California voting system at this point is pure faux votes. (Note; millions of ballots missing from the last election.) Repubs have done nothing about the fraud for years, and aren't now. I believe the state is at best purple, and possibly red.
