The key is when zoning gets changed. When a home on one acre gets authorized for 18 units, the stated tax value changes. If the housing is being imposed, the appreciated value of the real property should not flow to the -insider who was front-running on community values.

I would imagine these zoning boards have been pressured by powers to be to approve zoning. Large land deals are very lucrative for those connected to Trenton. But can't remove a single tree from your property without approval from the town. Where are all the tree huggers now?

Supported Jack in the primary against Kim in 2017. He was the stronger candidate for the general election. He lost. Kim won. Party members have a duty to support reasonable candidates.

There's no duty. The party has the duty to listen to their constituents and put up candidates the people want, not the county committee chairmen picking based on which candidate puts the most money into the committee coffers. Primaries in NJ are an illusion.
