    Any Senator who does not say this and did not say something like this the weekend the election was formally called is not honorable, period.

    Senator Mitt Romney to Shepard Smith tonight: "I thought I was gonna win too, when I ran for President in 2012. I didn't. I didn't go out and say 'fraud'. We have a process. We count the votes. That's the way it is."

    This is the only court ruling, out of 50+, that had any judges willing to take Trump’s side without offering any evidence. That shows how shamefully political several WI Supreme Court Justices are.

    And with a 4-3 decision at the state Supreme Court, never forget just how close they were to making it happen. If Karofsky doesn’t win in April (and if Hagedorn hadn’t stood up for what’s right), we could be looking at a real mess.

    At this point a Senator like cannot be considered honorable for acknowledging a reality that has been clear for weeks. But he has passed the low bar of not being completely delusional or cynical

    Amanda Avalos gets 3-2 vote in favor of her confirmation. Full 15-member council will vote Tuesday. Her confirmation would give her deciding vote on Milwaukee's next police chief.

    In her dissent, Chief Justice Patience Roggensack wrote she believed Madison's "Democracy in the Park" events were illegal in part because poll workers there were volunteers. ... but the poll workers were paid, not volunteer, the city clerk tells me.

    There are a lot of “see, liberal panic about the Trump lawsuits was deranged” takes, but had the 2020 Wisconsin Supreme Court race gone for an R instead of a D this dissent would have been a majority opinion.

    It is insane that this was won 4-3. Insane. 3 justices almost overturned my and 1.6 million others' votes based on a racist, evidence-lacking, conspiratorial case. Insane

    It has to be emphasized that the decision was 4-3. ONE person could have derailed the whole thing, and by the whole thing, I mean democracy itself.

    GOP Michigan House Speaker says a GOP state representative has been removed from his committees after he didn't rule out violence today at the Electoral College meeting in a radio interview.

    Threats of violence, or a refusal to denounce it, will not be tolerated in the Michigan House. Last week, a Democrat was removed from her committees. Today, a Republican has been too. We will not condone this behavior. In a Republic, we settle our differences on Election Day.

    Just a reminder that the President of the United States fired the head of the federal agency responsible for the government's (civilian) cybersecurity last month for having the temerity to tell the truth about the election — and hasn't replaced him.

    BREAKING: a highly sophisticated hacking group has stolen emails from Treasury Department and Commerce's NTIA. Other USG agencies are believed to be breached by same group through similar technique. Hacking operation is so serious that NSC had a recent emergency meeting

    Please: If we were to compare the Covid vaccine to the Tuskegee experiment, it would mean that Black people sick from Covid are told they ARE getting treatment when they are NOT. I understand the skepticism, but us NOT getting access to a life-saving vaccine would not be justice.

    It is unrealistic to not seat the 126 GOP members whose seditious activity violates the 14th Amendment. But the 19 from MI, WI, PA and GA who signed an amicus brief that argued for invalidating not just Biden’s election but their own must face a full House vote on their fate.
