Oh, how about you prove it? If you have loose accusations, how about coming with evidence, idiot. Or else its just slander.

If you have a literal paper trail of leading to Craig then i’ll hear it. If not, it’s just slander. At least the guy suing documented the relationships and flow of events clearly:pic.twitter.com/9gqCth6Ct5

That is not documentation or proof of anything. This is a pixie book diagram of a theory. That does not make it true nor exhaustive.

This is why it’s going to court. This was just a diagram out of a summary pdf. We are going to see what evidence they present to court.

It is much better than what you accuse Craig of. “Follow the money” -> showing zero evidence.

The "hash war" attack led by Calvin & Craig was illegal and harmed many innocent people (see 18 U.S. Code § 1030, threatening damage to protected computers).

There’s nothing illegal i know of supporting your desired chain by hashpower. But there’s all kinds of legalities around colluding with exchanges or preferential treatment when the blockchain is public. The court will decide.

It's illegal to even threaten harm to a computer used for commerce. The threats made by C&C were so severe that Coinbase, Kraken and others shutdown deposits/withdrawals for more than a week. Using hashpower to threaten disruption of a financial network is illegal in the US.

Im not familiar with law related to blockchain or computing. If someone has a case against what they said, why don’t they file a case?

That's a good idea. It could help crypto-currency adoption if an example were set to prevent future distructive "hash wars". If they didn't agree with the roadmap, they could have forked off peacefully.
