Will they be mailed to every voter or will applications be avail at the county election offices? I was listening on my phone and that part dropped.
Evnen says mail-in applications will be mailed to every county in Nebraska. That is in addition to the large counties, like Douglas and Lancaster, which have already announced plans to do that. Drop boxes will also be installed.
