The preliminary injunction orders the governor and Labor secretary "to ensure...Maryland residents continue to receive any and all expanded and/or supplemental unemployment benefits available" to them under the CARES Act and other federal sources of employment benefits.

In Monday's court hearing, attorneys representing the Hogan administration argued the state had the right to opt out of the federal benefits and, in doing so, more people would join the labor force.

hey quick help What happens if Maryland unemployment they said last week you have no more weeks to file ??? After July 3 and didn’t give me the option this Sunday , how does that work will I have any more week to file ???
