YouTube banned a vegan dude who rescued pigeons and produced carefully worded content specifically designed not to violate their TOS. No reason given.
Ludicrous and proof of flagrant partisan censorship of conservatives.

There's also the issue that gov't action/inaction meddling has produced the environment - either purposefully or not - that has created a small, coordinated cabal of companies that control everything we can see. They're "private" but... are they in league with state actors.

I agree with everything you said, except for the last bit. The corps are the ones in control of the state, not the other way around. Why else would the government deregulate the crud out of corps while taking fat stacks of cash in return?

Government has been regulating corporate interest for forever. The twist is that regs protect the big corporations from competition, the nimble little guy. It cements them into place, and they can capture the regulatory body via "expertise" and money. Dereg is good, generally.
