When you say “equity,” does that also include equality of effort? I seem to put forth a lot more effort & sacrifice with diminishing returns Where’s the incentive for people like myself to continue to work harder than my neighbor? Should I pull back the reigns & relax?

Equity is NOT equality... Equity gives each person an "amount" based upon the individual...Some people get a lot, some get a little and some get none... Equality means each person gets the same "amount"... Dems count on people's inability to distinguish between the two...

Then stop taking money from the teachers union who has been repressing any change to allow kids to compete globally where education standards are much higher. Teachers/ professors should be evaluated on performance not tenured. Just like everyone else in the workforce
