This is false. Internet should be free and open for all and AT&T had blocked Facetime in the past, many internet providers has throttled youtube, netflix and such.

It would be nice if we had a real choice of providers as well, ones that didn’t sue municipalities for laying their own fiber. This is a start, but we seriously need to declare internet a utility and allow states and municipalities to innovate.
