Wouldn’t by rewarding women by telling them if you while pregnant cross a country and consistently put yourself and the baby at risk illegally crossing you’ll be rewarded really make them put their baby’s at risk more if there was no reward maybe they wouldn’t try

Also it’s about 25,000 a year tax payers are paying for each illegal child that’s here for just education not including free lunch... Their parents aren’t paying local taxes so class sizes are bigger programs for tax payer children are being cut and the overall performance
