In my home state of Washington, Mr. Duncan filed a brief arguing pharmacies should be allowed to refuse to fill birth control prescriptions for ideological reasons. Fortunately, his views did not prevail.

Any one of the cases Mr. Duncan has taken, or the ideological arguments he has made should raise alarm— all of them together paint an unmistakable picture of a nominee who would not uphold women’s rights, LGBTQ rights, or civil rights.

... or the basic principles of the U.S. Constitution as ruled upon by our U.S. Supreme Court & thus binding precedent on all courts of the land. Duncan is a nominee who is not qualified for the position for which he has been nominated & ALL law & order senators should vote NO.
