The people in Puerto Rico outside of San Juan have had little to no power since Hurricane. Only when big city looses power do they get attention. This is and has been disgraceful!

Absolutely! I live in Iowa and was "without power" (I still hate that phrase, 22 years later.) for 3 days. We melted snow for water to flush the toilet. But neither of us was on life support or needed to recharge a wheelchair battery. This is ugly-and wrong!
