You call this "food box" an "original" idea? Kid, back in the early '70s they called it a "commodities program". Powdered skim milk, weevil-laced cornmeal, government "processed cheese food product", prunes... Yeah, we've seen this movie before.

There is fraud everywhere. Starting with the Oval Office. Spending tax dollars like it’s his personal piggy bank. I did the food stamps thing years ago and ‘surprise’ I actually fed my child and myself.
