I want to thank you for always supporting the expansion of the #Caregiver Stipend.
After 40 years of caring for my VN Vet I was devastated when I was left behind while a post-9/11 caregiver was given up to $2977 to deal w a vet claiming 70% PTSD.
I'm sure I wasn't the only one,
