The laws worked as intended in this case, again. Stop with ineffectual gun control and punishing law abiding citizens who would never perform such heinous acts! The problem is societal, not an inanimate object. Time to start working there instead.

Except we do not need more Congressional hearings, we need Congress to act on limiting access to military-style weapons. And we need a law banning the purchase of guns by individuals below the age of 21.

Handguns are limited to 21, rifles and shotguns are 18. The gun used is not military it only looks that way. Cosmetics do not make a firearm more lethal than it is by definition. This really needs to be put to bed but the media loves the "assault weapon" angle to push an agenda.
