The most effective and simple way to accomplish this is to create a system in which everyone has the power to immediately walk away from any paid work, and the simple way to do that is to enact unconditional basic income. It's beyond time to abolish wage slavery.

Secretary Clinton wanted to enact a basic income if elected. Her premiss was similar to Alaska, the minerals and oil reserves were the property and birthright of those who lived there, and they are paid for them. She wanted the same system in the lower 48.

Sexual Harassment happens in EVERY segment of our society. Step outside the US, the majority of counties are much worse. Education, respect of the individual and proper investigation of accusations are key to reducing SH but no amount of regulations or laws will eliminate it.
