  I'd rather the listed price in the menu reflected the true cost including a fair wage, taxes, etc; instead of me adding x% to the bill. I want the listed price to be the all inclusive price. This just seems like a means of invisibly shifting more wages to tips...

  This AGAIN? Tip pooling is standard practice in a lot of restaurants and is already regulated here in WA as well as almost every other state in the US. #FEARMONGERING at its finest right here..

  I know in most Vegas casinos and restaurants tips are pooled and shared. Not sure how it all works, but tips are a considerable amount of the service workers overall pay there. Taking from workers and not distributing them is out and out theft. Poor business practice too.
