There you go again. The "internet as we know it" has been *without* Net neutrality. Net neutrality is a recent Obama era Democrat REGULATION. The internet got where it is today *without* REGULATION thank you. REGULATION killed Detroit. Think about it!

Again, we have ceded too much power to the executive branch. If one President issues an edict another can rescind it. Codify these things and you won't have a problem. Same with DACA, presidential edict, not codified and now another President sees it differently.
