You need too make laws that punish Dr who give the drugs. Many of them are Pain Dr. Everyone keeps talking but no one is doing anything. These drugs dont come from the street
While visiting a local hospital in Longview, WA, staff there told me that almost 1 out of every 2 babies born there have mothers who struggle with substance use. That is stunning.
