Need Universal Healthcare Patty. A heroine or drug addict will not sign up, nor will they have the money for HC premiums. If you want to solve this people need to be able to be treated for addiction, and maybe more than once. Universal HC will also lower our homeless population.

Reform needed, but my husband is on pain management, 3 back surgeries with permanent nerve damage. Would not be able to live without opioids

Until Congress is willing to get tough with big drug companies, the pharmacies, regulate the prescribers, nothing will change. Everyone is making money. So it really does nothing to lament over the opioid crises unless you are willing to actually do something
