From the millions who will lose health coverage or see their premiums go up, to the middle class families who will see their tax bill increase, to the pristine region of Alaska that will open to drilling, it’s hard to overstate the cruelty of the Trump-Republican bill.

While I am deeply disappointed President Trump & Republicans succeeded in jamming their destructive bill through w/o real hearings—I am so proud of the millions of people from every corner of this country who made their voices heard & did everything they could.

Where were the Dems when Obama increased the national debt from $8 trillion to $20 trillion during his eight years in office?
-
Do you mean when he took over during the biggest recession in 75 years, or when the GOP took over both houses of congress 2 years into his presidency? He didn't exactly have unilateral control of the budget.
