Who’s taking in hypotheticals now? This whole thing is based on a 5.6% slowdown on national infrastructure investment. Title II was put in place in response to actual discrimination that actually hurt innovation.

That 5.6% can’t even be directly attributed to this “red tape” you speak of. This is just an ideological ambition of a former Verizon lobbyist. Only “innovation” will be in how to charge customers more for the same service.
