That's because your state is already taxing citizens. Federal taxes should be leveled for every state because those taxes are for the country. Why should the country compensate Washington Citizens any differently than any other State?

Washington State residents an write off their sales tax, if they keep track of them all year, because we don't have a state income tax. In States that have state income tax, you get to write that tax off, along with your car registration taxes. So your post is uninformed.
