Assuming the GoP will work with Democrats? If the GoP have the votes they need, they do not have to listen to ideas to better it - the best idea would be scratch it and start over, which they definitely are not interested in, their donators needs the promised corporate welfare

Corporations do not make up the average American, nor does it make any logical sense to give tax breaks to those who already have the means to live a quality life. Never should policies be created, which overshadow the need to better all the American people.
